Creating a book
Each book consists of about 400 pages which is about 4,000 messages. (It depends of the size of your messages and the number of photos you add!) If your conversation has more messages, it will be printed on several books. A book measures 19cm by 13.5cm.
They will be displayed just like on your phone. You can choose who will be on the right or left as well as the colors of the bubbles with 5 differnets colors available. Each month represent a chapter and a day is a paragraph.
The answer is yes ! However some iPhone conversations that pre-date 2011 may create "glitch" and not display photos. If this is your case, contact us so we can help you out. Otherwise, it's all good!
You have the choice between 3 different colors when creating your book. On this cover will be inscribed the chosen title as well as the date of beginning and end of your exchanges.

But let's see ... Why do you want to delete your messages? 🙂 We have chosen not to make this feature available because your conversations will lose their authenticity. And at MonLivreSMS, we like it real! The beauty of your conversations come also from these small messages that seem innocuous but that say a lot about your complicity. (If there is really a specific message you want to delete, the trick is to do it directly from your phone before creating your book but we should not tell you so keep this technique a secret!)
Once the order is validated, our little elves make your book with love and your order is shipped two days later. Orders are shipped every Wednesday and Friday. In less than a week you have your book in your hands.
In France, delivery is € 1 relay point and € 3 for home delivery. Hard to do better, right? 🙂 A slight increase and slightly longer delays for international deliveries. The service is provided by Colissimo. The delivery times announced are from D + 1 to D + 2 and we do not have the hand on it.

First of all, check that the contact is registered with a number in + 33 6 or +33 7 instead of 06 or 07 to be sure that it is well taken into account by the software! If this is not the case, delete your contact (not the conversation) and recreate it by saving the number with +33.
If you changed your contact's name during the exchange of your conversation, it sometimes happens that not all messages are properly associated. To fix this, simply delete the contact (not the warning messages!) and recreate it. The phone will associate all messages with this new contact. If you have an iPhone, save your messages again on iTunes before restarting the software. For our Belgian friends, add +32 to the phone number if you do not see your contact.
Depending on the number of photos, it sometimes happens that the conversations are large and depending on your computer or internet connection, they have difficulty being transferred to our services (sometimes it is necessary to wait several minutes).
If you have an Android phone, it sometimes happens that the problem comes from insufficient available memory space on your phone. If you have an iPhone phone, restart the software and when transferring the conversation to our site, disconnect your internet connection. For security, a "conversations.zip" file will be created on your desktop. Send us this file by email to [email protected] (or by the site www.wetransfer.com if it is too big) and we will manually send the link to finalize your book. If you place an order from your phone, it sometimes happens that the preview is not optimal. Ideally, you should connect to our site from a computer and go to my conversations to see your overview.

Yes, but it is not yet possible "automatically". You must make an order (stopping at the payment page) for each part you want. Then write to us at [email protected] and we will assemble them "by hand". 🙂
Your conversations are automatically transformed into books by computers, no one reads your conversations. Rest assured!
