Preserve your precious memories by printing your conversations.
Each book contains approximately 400 pages, which corresponds to around 4,000 messages per book (this depends on the size of your messages and the number of photos!). If your conversation contains more messages, it will be printed across multiple books. The book format is 13.5cm by 19cm.
You can choose from several different colors when creating your book. The cover will include the selected title, a cover photo, and the volume number if you order multiple books.
It appears just like on your phone: you can choose who is on the right or left and the bubble color, with several colors available.

So, are there any secrets in the air? At MonLivreSMS, we’ve chosen not to offer this feature to preserve the authenticity of your conversations. After all, it’s often in those seemingly innocent messages that we find the real gems of connection! That said, if you absolutely must make some messages disappear (we won’t ask why), here’s a little magician’s trick: delete them directly from your phone before creating your book. Shh, let’s keep this trick just between us, okay?
The price of the printed book is €39.99 per book (free delivery in Europe) and €39.99 for the digital format (eBook) with unlimited messages. Each book contains up to 400 pages. If the conversation contains more messages, it will be printed across multiple printed books.

Unfortunately, when there are many messages (proof of great love), they sometimes can’t all fit into a single book. We do our best to include as many messages as possible in each book, but when it’s too much, it’s too much. Multiple books may be needed.
Great news! It’s absolutely possible. Simply transfer the different conversations from iMessage, Android SMS, Messenger, WhatsApp, or Instagram to your account. Then, in the ‘My Conversations’ tab, you’ll have the option to merge these conversations into one.
Good news! This is absolutely possible for group conversations on Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, and Instagram.
Unfortunately, we have some bad news: on certain Android phones, WhatsApp limits media export to the most recent messages and photos (maximum size of 15 MB). It’s as if WhatsApp selectively decides which media to include! The current solution to get all the messages is to export them without the media. However, if you want the full conversation with media, you can try exporting it from an iPhone instead. Alternatively, you can contact WhatsApp through the “Help” section of their app to report the issue. Maybe they’ll finally realize they’ve applied the wrong filter!
This issue is well known. Unfortunately, WhatsApp does not provide captions or messages sent along with photos during the export process. We’ve repeatedly asked WhatsApp to address this problem, but we haven’t received a response yet. We share your frustration, and we thank you for your understanding. The alternative is to manually write them into the .txt file, though this can be a bit time-consuming.
Ah, these error messages can be so frustrating, right? Sometimes, Meta (formerly Facebook) creates incomplete archives. Even if you requested the archive in JSON format, they might forget to include the messages file. To check this, open the .zip file, go to the “messages” folder, then “inbox,” and see if you can find the files like message_1.json in the conversation folder. If no files are present, they were likely omitted. In this case, I recommend making a new request. In most cases, this resolves the issue.
Additionally, if you made the request through the app rather than a browser, you might have received the archive in HTML format, which isn’t very useful for us. If that’s the case, make the request again via a browser to obtain the JSON format.
No worries, it’s very simple! Follow these steps to manage your .zip files and keep only the conversation you’re interested in:
And voilà! 😊
Sometimes, on certain Macs, an error message may pop up saying the software cannot be installed for security reasons. Don’t worry, there’s a solution. Right-click or ctrl+click on the software icon and select “Open.” Then, go to the “Privacy & Security” settings, and under “Full Disk Access,” click the little “+” and add the software to the list. With these settings, the software should work correctly, and you’ll be ready to transfer your conversation to our website. Are you ready to get started?
This type of message can appear if your backup was done on iCloud or if you created a backup on your computer but it’s encrypted. Could you check these settings and let me know? It’s essential to have an unencrypted backup saved on your computer so the software can read it properly to extract and transfer your messages to the site before your book is created.
